IZ75273: WATCHDOG SCRIPTS REQUIRE MINIMUM OF WINDOWS SCRIPT HOST 5.6

Error description

• Problem Description:
  
    The watchdog code that is part of the OS Agent calls a
    getinstances.vbs script and getstat.vbs.  In these scripts,
  the
    "kincinfo" command is called using the WshShell.Exec command
  and the
    results are parsed.  The Exec command requires Windows Script
  Host
    5.6 at a minimum. This requirement is not documented.
  
    If this script is run on a system running an earlier version
  of
    Windows Script Host (for example 5.1), then the script will
  continue
    to run which over time will result in multiple cscript
  processes
    running on the system.
  
  
  Detailed Recreation Procedure:
    - Start the OS Agent on a Windows system running a version of
  Windows
      Host Script earlier than 5.6.  You can run the "cscript"
  command
      with no arguments to get usage, which will show the version
  installed.
    - Check the Task Manager...you will see a new cscript start
  every 30
      seconds and do not end.
  
  Local Fix: Upgrade Windows Script Host to version 5.6 or later.

  version 5.6 at a minimum.  This was not listed in the
  documentation.
