• In the Windows OS agent User's Guide:
  
  Service Name (Unicode)
  The internal name of the service in the
  Service Control Manager database.
  Valid format is a text string of up to 64 characters.
  For example, NWCWorkstation is an example of a service name.
  
  Service Name
  The internal name of the service in the
  Service Control Manager database.
  The maximum size of the string is 256 bytes
  
  
  The correct length is the opposite of the above, i.e.,
  64 for Service Name
  256 for Service Name (Unicode)
