  Problem Description:
  
  The MSG slot is being truncated after reducing the freespace
  value in a map file to reflect the slot sizes of attributes
  manually added to the map file.  This is happening even if the
  sum of the slot sizes is less than 4k.
  
  Freespace is calculated by the baroc generator which tallies up
  the max size of each attribute + the size of fixed slots and
  subtract the total from the 4k.  The ITM:Truncated value is set
  in the source slot if the size of the msg slot is greater than
  the freeSpace value.
  
  The baroc generator generates the map file in accordance with
  the baroc file.  And it automatically calculates the freeSpace
  value
  
  There is already a 512 byte provision for the msg slot length
  when the freespace is calculated.  So we should not be
  truncating/ignoring the msg slot based on the freespace value
  when formatting the event.  However for attribute table mapping,
  the total msg slot length will still be subjected to a max size
  of 512 bytes and total event size of 4k limitation to insure the
  event can be successfully processed by the tec server.
  
  Detailed Recreation Procedure:
  Amend the freespace value to a value smaller than the msg slot
  sent to TEC.
