Error description

• Using JAAS with TAM PDLoginModule class with local mode in
  SvrSslCfg generates the following exception:

  The exception occurs after 1st user successfully logs in using
  JAAS. In other words all users starting with 2nd user that logs
  into application that uses JAAS and TAM will see the above
  exception.
  

Local fix

• use remote mode in SvrSslCfg command as a workaround when
  generating pdperm.properties file
  

Problem summary

• Java applications using the PDLoginModule class
   get an error saying port in use or cannot create authorization
  context.  Problem appears most often with applications configure
  d for local mode that have multiple users attempting to login.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix for this APAR is expected to be cont
