  working with Nick (L2), they tried various permutations,
  including patchadd with -t (and additional options) to no
  avail... they could not find a combination of patchadd -t
  options that would work, and had to go with pkgadd (just
  ignoring warning that popped up)...

  from WI XX00203:

  One test system was installed without Zones defined and the
  patch went on fine.  Once whole-root Zones were defined,
  the Runtime was pushed out as expected.  However, once the
  whole-root Zones were defined, we could not apply using
  patchadd.  Once we forced with pkgadd, we were then able to add,
  
  TAMOS Agent 6.0.0.1
  
  using patchadd with no problems.
  
  Steve H. said there is a variable that needs to be set in the
  pkginfo file.
