Error description

  • If system is powering on and the cable is disconnected,
    in HE systems, the interface will not attach the broacast
    multicast group to the QP, so it will not be able to
    receive broadcast packet.
    I will looks like its packets can reach other nodes,
    but other nodes packets never reach the interface.
