Error description
Problem description Can not use Escalation ESCSRCLS10, which is an out of the box escalation. When I click on validate it fails with BMXAA1147E - Validation failed. Please check the validation section for errors. \ Escalation point:1:The result of a scalar fullselect, SELECT INTO statement, or VALUES INTO statement is more than one row.\ Escalation header error:The result of a scalar fullselect, SELECT INTO statement, or VALUES INTO statement is more than one row. . Business impact ( BusImpact ) Can not use Escalation ESCSRCLS10, which is an out of the box escalation. To Recreate: Create a new synonym domain value by running the following insert statement against your Maximo database: INSERT INTO SYNONYMDOMAIN VALUES ('SRSTATUS','RESOLVED','RESOLVCONF','ResolvConf', 1,null,null, 1837,'SRSTATUS|RESOLVCONF', 504122) Then when you go to the Escalation application and pull up the escalation ESCSRCLS10 and go to select Action and try to validate the escalation, you get the error. It appears that after adding the domain value, the condition in the escalation returns 2 values instead of one.
