Error description

• This happens for Premium client Scottish Power in a specific
  scenario ,v 6.1
  Prerequisite:-to have WOPRIORITY and FAILURECLASS fields
  set mandatory on screen level  and WOPRIORITY set esig enabled
  
  
  - Create new WO:
  
  -Populate location and all other mandatory fields EXCEPT
  failureclass
  -DONT SAVE
  -Select Action menu  'Select  Owner'
  -you get esig dialog  - fill it in ,
  -you get error failure class is required,
  -populate failure class
  -select owner
  -and fill in  esig
  then person group list  downloads/attempts to download
  
  When clicked ok to download the cursor/Maximo hangs
  
  The problem is two fold - why the person group download is
  triggered and why it subsequently hangs
  

Local fix

• when required field failureclass was populated first and save
  performed the problem did not occur
