Error description

• "Post before wait" does not work for a "ForEach" activity.
  .
  If a receive activity is defined in a while or repeatUntil
  loop, then the deployment find out that these activities can be
  executed multiple times. However, if a receive activity is de-
  fined in a "ForEach" activity, then the deployment decides that
  the receive activity can only be executed one time. This APAR
  will change this behavior, namely that it could be executed
  multiple times.
