Error description

• Environment:

    Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2 Enterprise x64 Edition
    SAP System - ECC6.0, NetWeaver 7.0 BI, UNICODE
    SAP Agent  - ITMfSAP 6.2 + LA03
  
  Problem Description:
  ====================
  In the Function Module, the system type check for
  unicode_system variable has some error on the little-endian SAP
  system when agent abap code running on the user with 1,2,3,J,M
  language.
  
  This will cause the sub node not to be registered and no node is
  displayed on the TEP for mySAP Agent. In the KSA logs, there
  are errors like:

  Detailed Recreation Procedure:
  ==============================
    1. make sure the SAP System running on the x86/x64 arch
       boxes
    2. import the transport of LA03 into that sap system
    3. configure agent with Japanese or Simplified Chinese as the
       language.
    4. start the mySAP Agent, you will see the errors in the logs
       file and on the TEP, can't see the subnode for this mySAP
       agent.

Local fix

Problem summary

• In the ABAP side, some code was incorrect with the unicode
  system detection on the little endian boxes.  The code was
  missing the detection codes for little endian boxes.  Code was
  updated in the initialization of /IBMMON/LITM6TOP.
