Error description
The queue manager is hung: there is no response from attempts to create or delete queue manager objects, and any authorizations required through the OAM are unresponsive. The hung state may extend to other aspects of the queue manager. If the thread stack of the OAM process (amqzfuma) shows: zfuProcessMessage zfuCopyObjectAuthority zfuLockHashTable xcsRequestMutexSem then this APAR is a match. The issue applies to FixPacks 6.0.2.4 and 6.0.2.5. This stack can be viewed for example on Unix by issuing the SIGUSR2 signal to the process and examining the resulting informational FDC. Many xecL_W_LONG_LOCK_WAIT FDCs are also likely to get written, though they are not in themselves specifically indicative of this issue. The problem is timing related and so its occurrence is unpredictable.
