Error description

• "conman ss <CPUName>#;schedid" returns the same result as
  "conman ss <CPUName>#@"
  
  The schedid is not supposed to be used a selection criteria.
  
  Environment:
  MDM: TWS8.3+FP04 and FP05
  
  Scenario:
  
  "schedid" without specifying a job stream ID, should return a
  syntax error, instead of returning all job streams on PAT83.
