Error description

• Maximo 6.2.1, DB=SQLServer, Websphere
  
  ESR: Create a new asset, it shows in a non-running
  status i.e. no checkmark in the Asset Up? checkbox. When the
  Database Configuration is checked for the
  database object ASSET, Attribute ISRUNNING the default is set
  to 1 so it should default all the assets created with a running
  status but it is not doing that
  
  Steps to re-produce:
  1. Go to Asset application
  2. Insert new asset record.
  
  Observe the Asset Up? checkbox does not have a checkmark.

Problem conclusion

• Problem fix:  will check for default on add of an sset.  If
  default is missing, IsRunning/'Asset Up?' will be set to false.
