Local fix

• Disable the compilation of the failing method

Problem summary

• JITed method getting Illegal Instruction Exception. From the
  failing PSW, the failing instruction is SRST (Search String)
  instruction. In fact, it's a specification exception (0C6)
  because R0 bit 32-55 were non zero.
  To identify whether the failing PSW belongs to a JIT method in
  IPCS, all JITed method has EBCDIC eye catchers JITC or JITW at
  the beginning of the code.
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in:
  5.0.0 SR6

  JIT Generates wrong code for SRST instruction. It didn't clear
  R0 bit 32-55
  .
  To obtain the fix:
  Install build 20070615 or later
