Error description
The current kumsrttb.c logic assumes that the v2 trap is kind enough to have an snmpTrapEnterprise and/or snmpTrapOID field in the VarBind, which we can then parse to come up with suitable enterpriseOID and specific TrapNumber values. But the v2 traps listed in this PMR's log file are not that kind. They have an initial ASN1_OBJECTIDENTIFIER VarBind field, which is not equal to snmpTrapEnterprise or snmpTrapOID, and then multiple ASN1_INTEGER fields. We're never able to assign an enterpriseOID (known as the OIDptr in kumsrttb) value and therefore we never even call KUMS_LocateTrapSpec.
