Error description

  • Domino Agent is deployed on a Windows 2003 server and is
    monitoring a Domino server.
    When the domino agent start, a MS-DOS screen appears on the
    Windows desktop asking a question:

    But you cannot answer.
    
    If you kill this popup window, the agent keeps running, but no
    information is send to the TEMS.
