Error description

  • Platforms:
    TAMeb 5.1 FP11
    aix 520 ml03 ,W2K server sp04
    Problem description:
WebSeal 5.1 ( also verified with latest FP 13 )
does not forward the 503 error code
and translate it with 500 Internal Server Error.
This is nt the case wth TAM 4.1 that correctly
    propagates the error 503 code.
What is also interesting ( and I think also wrong ) is that
WebSEAL 5.1 also set the back-end server as "lost contact with
back-end ...." as soon as it receives 503 from the back-end
and immediately later it recovers !!!
this can bee seen in the webseald_message.log
I've replicated the problem with TAM 5.1
and I've also found that TAM 4.1 is able to propagate correctly
    the 503
error code from the back-end to the browser
