Problem summary

• ORBRAS tracing mode FINE/FINER/FINEST were not generating enough
  data. Also some redundant trace statements needs to be removed,
  based on the modes specified.
  

Problem conclusion

• Changes have been made to ORB tracing to ensure that FINE, FINER
  and FINEST options can generate enough trace statements to debug
  an issue.
