IV99545: IN INVENTORY(TR) APPLICATION, NULLPOINTEREXCEPTION WHEN ISSUING ITEM AGAINST WORK ORDER

Error description

• Steps to replicate the issue:
  
  1) Go to Inventory(Tr) application.
  
  2) Bring up an Item to the screen.
  
  3) More Actions > Issue Current Item.
  
  4) From Issue Current Item dialog, enter the Work Order number
  and click OK.
  
  The issue is:
  
  At this point, system throws the error below:
  
  "BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has occurred.
  Please contact your system administrator for assistance.
  Gather the logs from the <HOME> directory and determine where
  and why the error is thrown."
