Error description
PROBLEM: Maximo-X Inspection Application Is Not Opening When I attempt using "Manage inspection forms", it keeps spinning and it did not show any new page. Later, I went to Planning->Conduct an inspect, it showed me the screen for conducting the new inspection. Again, if I click "Manage inspection forms", it shows the page for creating the new inspection form.
