IV97614: NOT POSSIBLE TO REVISE PROJECT FROM SCHEDULE TAB WITH GANTT SECTION (SESSION TIMEOUT/LOGIN EXPIRY ISSUE)

Error description

• If you attempt to revise a project from the Schedule tab, where
  the Gantt chart is visible, the user's session is expired and
  they receive an invalid session error.
  The issue was observed in Internet Explorer and Chrome, but not
  in Firefox.
  Analysis from Fiddler trace shows when revising the project in
  Chrome this post to GanttDataUpload.jsp seems to kill the
  session. In Firefox, for whatever reason this POST doesn't
  occur, and the state transition is successful.
  To confirm this is the scenario you are experiencing, use this
  technote to run a fiddler trace and check for the same
  GanttDataUpload.jsp call.

Problem summary

• When the record is in readonly state, no save action should be
  called on gantt.
  

Problem conclusion

• Resolved session kill issue when user performs Revise action on
   project record from "Schedule" tab.
  This is targeted to the 1h2017 release as well as the 3.5.2.3
  fix pack.
