Error description

• This APAR includes fixes to various defects identified in CICS
  Explorer V5.4.0.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• - When launched, the policy editor does not always select the
  first rule.
  - For a system rule that is a message, validation is missing
  from the 10th message value.
  - If a policy is renamed while an editor is open on that policy,
  the editor does not get notified about the rename.
  - When creating a rule in a policy, there is no "Choose" button
  to allow you to browse for an EP adapter to process events.

  The following items were delivered to CICS Explorer Version
  5.3.0.14 and have been merged up into 5.4.0.1:
  - In the Event Binding editor, the 'choose EP Adapter' can have
  two radio buttons selected at the same time.
  - It is not possible to resolve @CICSProgram when installing the
  CICS LINK to Liberty Example.
  - The 'Add Quick Filter' context menu option is visible on views
  where it is not appropriate.
  

Problem conclusion

• - When launched, the policy editor now selects the first rule.
  - For a system rule that is a message, all message values are
  validated.
  - If a policy is renamed while an editor is open on that policy,
  the editor is now notified about the rename.
  - When creating a rule in a policy, a "Choose" button has been
  added to allow you to browse for an EP adapter to process
  events.
  - The radio button selection algorithm within Choose EP Adapter
  dialog has been improved.
  - A specific dependency has been added to be sure the CICS
  annotations processor will be present when the Web SDK is
  installed.
  - The 'Add Quick Filter' context menu option is now only added
  on appropriate views.

  This fix will be made available in Version 5.4.0.1 of the CICS
  Explorer.
