  loginPort & restPort as 16311 & 16080 respectively. PFB.

  Default value for restPort (DVAPI) is 16311. Also here, note
  need to be added as below,
  Note: loginPort and restPort will be varying in environment.
  (as per your configuration), All the above ports are given as
  an example.
  It could be any port, 16311, 16310 which is default port for DV
  API
