Error description

  • Users are encountering a spinning wheel when clicking on
multi-tabs (sub-tabs) other than the main tabs the system hangs
and freezes the User will then logout or close the application.
Some Users it works fine but for a group of User is does not.
This is related to a security group issue on the 3.5.2
    platform.
    Steps for reproducing:
    ----------------------
    1. Create a security group for read only with Acess tab with
triContract -> RealStateLease with Read Only Data acess.
    2. Create a user and set this user to this new Security group.
    3. Open a Real Estate Lease record and go to tab Clauses,
    Options and Terms.
    4. Open the subtab Renewal Options (or any one available, all
    of them will fail)
    5. See this will spin forever with no response.
    6. See on the server.log the message "ERROR
    [com.tririga.design.web.process.smartrecord.SmartSectionActions]
    (WebContainer : 1) java.lang.IllegalStateException: Cannot
    forward. Response already committed."
