APAR status

Error description

  • During a migration, an RG move fails
with the following error:

"ERROR: The cluster is in a migration state.
User Requested rg_move events are not supported
during migration."

This behavior is inconsistent across
PowerHA 7.1.3, 7.2.0, and 7.2.1.

  • NA

Problem summary

  • During a migration(610 to 721), an RG move fails with the
following error: "ERROR: The cluster is in a migration state.
User Requested rg_move events are not supported during
migration."

Problem conclusion

  • Removed the migration restriction check for the rg move
operations
