    Replication Steps :
    
    1. Go To - Administration - Organisations - EAGLENA
    More actions - Work Order Options - Edit Rules
    For the APPR status check all options
    
    2. Go To - Work Order - Work order Tracking - NEW 1201
    - Save and Approve
    
    3. Navigate to the Plans Tab
    - Labour subtab - New Row - leave empty
    - Open Materials subtab
    Select any item from storeroom : RTO18 RTO18 FULLER 18 SPEED
    TRANSMISSION
    Storeroom ATLANTA.
    - Save the record.
    You will get a message:
    BMXAT0393E - When you create a labor record, you must include
    the labor,
    craft, crew or crew type.
    
    4. Go back to the Labor subtab and delete the Labor line - Save
    
    5. On the Materials subtab - click on the Detail Menu of the
    Item - View
    Item availability - reservations
    
    Maximo has not reserved the quantity - THIS IS A BUG
    
    6. Create another WO 1202 --> Approve it
    
    7. Go to Plans tab --> materials subtab --> Select item RTO18 --
    ATLANTA storeroom --> Save.
    - The record is saved.
    - click on the Detail Menu of the Item - View item availability
    -
    reservations
    
    You can see that Maximo has reserved the quantity.
