Error description

• In the UI the symptom is:
  
  1) Go to Receiving(Tr) application
  
  2) Bring up a PO to receive against
  
  3) Click on Select Ordered Items button
  
  4) Select the line
  
  5) Ensure the Quantity Due is set to 1.00
  
  6) Click OK. Save.
  
  7) Select Action > Receive Rotating Items
  
  8) Click on Autonumber button
  
  9) Click OK.
  
  Nothing happens.
  
  10) Select Action > Change Inspection Status, system throws
  the error "BMXAA1827E - Please enter either an item or
  description to complete this transaction."
