Error description

  • When a large test case is undergoing a PDF2 link, it may
    encounter a internal compiler error in the xlCcode component of
    the compiler.

Problem summary

  • USERS AFFECTED:
    Any users compiling at O2 and up may encounter this issue.
    
    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    Internal memory corruption is possible within the compiler.
    This may result in the compiler returning an internal compiler
    error; or it may result in bad code generation.
    
    In order for this issue to trigger; a certain optimization step
    has to complete exactly as the buffer in question is completely
    full and has not yet resized.
    The following optimization must then try to use that buffer
    before it is resized.

    been fixed.
