• Error Message: The following warning messages will appear on
  SYSLOG
  ICH420I PROGRAM CSRSI FROM LIBRARY SYS1.CSSLIB CAUSED THE
  ENVIRONMENT TO BECOME UNCONTROLLED.
  BPXP014I ENVIRONMENT MUST BE CONTROLLED FOR DAEMON
  (BPX.DAEMON)PROCESSING.

Local fix

Problem summary

• The problem was introduced due to the way the JVM  was calling
  the CSRSI module on z/OS
  

Problem conclusion

• The JVM has been updated to call the CSRSI module without doing
  an explicit load of  the module
  .
  This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases:
     6 R1 SR8 FP40  (6.1.8.40)
     8    SR3 FP22  (8.0.3.22)
     7    SR10      (7.0.10.0)
     7 R1 SR4       (7.1.4.0)
