IV91576: UNABLE TO CREATE NEW WORK ORDER RECORD AFTER INSTALLING MAXIMO FOR TRANSPORTATION 7.6.2.3 AND MAXIMO FOR OIL & GAS 7.6.1.

Error description

• Unable to create new Work Order record after installing Maximo
  for Transportation 7.6.2.3 and Maximo for Oil & Gas 7.6.1.
  
  When creating a new Work Order record via the Work Order
  Tracking (Regular or any Industry Solution) application, the
  user will get the following System Message:
  
  "BMXAA7136E - Validation failed when the database default
  values were set. See the associated message for more
  information.
  psdi.app.workorder.WO incompatible with
  psdi.plust.app.workorder.PlusTWO."
  
  Steps to replicate the issue:
  
  1) Log in to Maximo.
  2) Go to Work Order Tracking application (Does not matter if
  you choose WO Tracking application for an industry solution)
  3) Click the create new Work Order icon
  4) You will receive the BMXAA7136E System Message.
  5) Click OK and it will display a Blank WO record that you can
  not edit.
  
  Part 2:
  1) Go to List View of the Work Order Tracking application.
  2) Click on the Work Order field and hit Enter to display all
  Work Order records.
  3) Click the create new Work Order icon
  4) You will receive the BMXAA7136E System Message.
  5) Click OK and it will display a Work Order that you can edit
  and save.
