Local fix
This issue can be worked around using the -Xgcthreads<Num> option.
Problem summary
The problem is caused when the number of CPUs at runtime is larger than the size of cpu_set_t at compile time
Problem conclusion
The JVM has been updated so that the number of CPUs can be retrieved even when the number exceeds the compile time limit. . This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases: 8 SR3 FP20 (8.0.3.20) . Contact your IBM Product's Service Team for these Service Refreshes and Fix Packs.
