Steps to Replicate: 1) Go to the security group application 2) Search for Maxadmin 3) In the applications, search for asset 4) In the Sub-Layers, search for a GIS sigoption/layer record and uncheck the "Grant access" 5) Sign out, re-sign in - and go to the asset applicaiton 6) Click on the Map(Spatial) tab 7) On the toolbar, try clicking the "Export to PDF" button The dialogue will not appear.
