  • customer that is unable to find documented steps for
configuring the 'Send: E-Mail To ' webtool in ITNM 4.2.  We are
also
unable to find any documentation for this.  The customer has
already
enabled the SMTP client on the server where ITNM 4.2 is
installed.  Can
IBM provide us with steps or a link to any documentation that
details
how to configure the webtool?
