Error description
The following output is received on the console: JVMDUMP030W Cannot write dump to file <non-existent path>/javacore.txt: A file or directory in the path name does not exist.
Local fix
This issue can be worked around by using the corresponding UTF8 charset of the locale.
Problem summary
The problem is caused by invalid assumption with respect to the message charset encoding.
Problem conclusion
The JVM has been updated to process the messages according to native encoding charset. . This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases: 8 SR3 FP21 (8.0.3.21) .
