Error description
* Environment: All windows versions. Microsoft Lync Server Agent 6.3.1.8 Microsoft Lync Server Agent 6.3.1.10 * Problem Description: When Lync Server Enterprise Edition has been deployed with Back-end and Front-end on different servers, Lync Agent fails to fetch Lync Topology from Lync CMS store. * Detailed Recreation Procedure: 1. Install the Microsoft Lync Server Agent v6.3.1.10 or v6.3.1.8 2. Configure the Lync Server agent with correct SQL instance. 3. Start monitoring Lync Agent. 4. No data will be display on portal for Lync Topology Workspace. * Related Files and Output: <%CANDLE_HOME%>\TMAITM6_x64\logs\*kqlclient*.log <%CANDLE_HOME%>\TMAITM6\logs\*kqlclient*.log <%CANDLE_HOME%>\TMAITM6\ErrLogger.log * Approver : L3 - TK L2 - IS
