Local fix
Problem summary
If the svmon is started with -i flag (/usr/bin/svmon -P -i 2 5) , svmon should collects the data in 10 seconds. But svmon may take more than 10 seconds if there are more number (more than 3000) of processes running in the system & all processes are using the same segments.
Problem conclusion
Optimised the code to collect the data efficiently even if there are more number (more than 3000) of processes running in the system & all processes are using the same segments.
