Error description

  • It has been observed that a QRadar 'Deploy' function can
sometimes restart tunnels unnecessarily when changes are made
in the User Interface that should not require a tunnel restart.

For example, tunnels restart after a regular 'Deploy':
    1) When adding a new user
    2) After updating the network hierarchy
