  java.security enabled is causing a performance degradation

Local fix

Problem summary

• The problem is caused due to permission calls made to check the
  "line.separator" system property each time during PrintWriter
  object initialization.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JDK has been updated to remove the check for
  "line.separator" system property during subsequent PrintWriter
  object initialization.
