APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • The Relay was unable to post new reports to its parent
if its temporary folder contains more than 65535 files.
The involved temporary directory is the following: directory
FillDBData/BufferDir/TemporaryDir

Local fix

  • Stop the relay and cleanup the
FillDBData/BufferDir/TemporaryDir folder.

Problem summary

  • Fixed in IBM Endpoint Manager 9.5 (fixpack 3)
General availability Q4 2016 (releases schedule subject to
change).
