Error description
The Server and the Relay can hang if the cleanup of obsolete downloads task starts while the component is processing a file download request. By default the frequency of the cleanup task is 24 hours.
Local fix
To avoid this problem there is the possibility to disable the task responsible of the 'cleanup of obsolete downloads'. To disable the task it is enough to add the following client setting on the Server or Relay systems: _BESRelay_Downloads_OlderThanInDays with value 0 and restart the Server or Relay after the setting is in place
