Problem summary
The problem is caused when a particular PGC calculation takes an excess amount of time.
Problem conclusion
The Balanced GC has been updated to handle the case where the PGC attributes cause lengthy calculation. . This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases: 8 SR3 FP11 (8.0.3.11) .
