Local fix

Problem summary

• Attempting to set the 'admin users' SMBOption using
  the 'mmsmb export change' command results in an error
  NT_STATUS_NONE_MAPPED.  This is the result of a bad
  rpcclient command.
  

Problem conclusion

• Internally change the rpcclient call to use the correct
  command
