  * RCA graph constantly being recreated, causing Gateway 100%   *
  * CPU usage. This is because the RCA graph was being recreated *
  * for every topology update (i.e. even for minor topology      *
  * updates of just 1 record from ITNCM plugin.)  The file       *
  * ncp_g_event.log showed the graph being created a lot because *
  * it gets recreated even for minor topology updates (e.g. even *
  * when just 1 or 2 records are in the update.)                 *

  * Upgrade to 3.9.0-ITNMIP-FP0005                               *

Problem conclusion

• RCA will now redraw the graph ONLY when the number of changes to
  the topology exceed the threshold of 100. This threshold is
  configurable in the file RCASchema.cfg.
