IV85753: BMXAA6713E ERROR IN BROWSER WHEN TRYING TO ADD LABOR USING QUICK REPORTING

Error description

• PROBLEM:
  BMXAA6713E - The MBO fetch operation failed in the mboset with
  the SQL error code -420. The record could not be retrieved from
  the database. See the log file for more details about the error.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1) Create a new company TESTCOMP which has COMPANIESD > 1,000
  Note that, by default, the COMPANIESID attribute is not visible
  in the Companies application. The number is assigned internally
  by Maximo
  
  2) Create a Labor Rate Contract for this company and approve it
  
  3) Update the contract to add associated labor LAB001
  
  4) Go To Work Orders -> Quick Reporting
  
  5) Select a Work Order
  
  6) On the Labor section, click on New Row
  
  7) Click on the Craft Detail Menu
  
  8) Click on Select Value
  
  9) Filter on TESTCOMP in the Vendor field
  
  8) Click on the labor (in this case LAB001)I
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  Error in browser

  Error in SystemOut.log simialr to:
  12:46:24:476 [ERROR] [MXUIc1] [] BMXAA6714E - The data for the
  next record in the mboset could not be retrieved for the SQL
  query select * from pluspcustassoc  where ownertable =
  'COMPANIES' and ownerid = '1,125' for read only. See the log
  file for more details about the error.
