Error description

• Problem Title: 7521 Duplicate workorders in the main list
  
  Problem Details:
  
  Duplicate workorders in the main list. This is an interrmittent
  error. Initially it was showing 3473 as duplicate WO in
  disconnected mode. Connected on the network and added some
  Specification attributes on 3260 and then it showed 3260 as
  duplicate. 3473 is showing in 'Workorders created locally list'
  as well.
  
  
  Steps to replicate:
  
  1. Login to WorkExecution app
  
  2.  Under My_Assigned_Work, it displays duplicate WO records
  created same date & time

• Duplicate workorders were being seen intermittently in the main
  workorder list.  However after we removed a local customization
  that the customer had done, we were unable to reproduce this.
  Please let us know if this continues to occur.
