Error description

  • It has been observed in QRadar enviroments with a large number
    of assets that when opening the Asset summary screen or the
    Asset Detail screen, the pages take a long time to load.
    Sometimes if they take too long to load, the QRadar User
    Interface stops the search and restarts the tomcat service to
    prevent the asset gathering searches from completely locking
    the QRadar system.
