  Steps to reproduce:
  
  1) Go to the Work Order Tracking application, select a record
  and fo to the Map tab.
  
  2) Select the Geocode Service map tool.
  
  3) Select the geocode server. The following system message is
  displayed:
  
  "Geocoder/You must specify a valid Gocode Service information
  in the Map Manager."
  
  4) You can dismiss the system message dialog box and use
  geocode service correctly.
