IV83681: HTTP 404 ERROR UPLOADING FILE ATTACHMENTS WITH DIFFERENT NAMING CONVENTIONS

Error description

• Problem Title:   HTTP 400 Error while attaching files with
  different naming conventions.
  
  Upload failed - HTTP 400. Contact your administrator
  
  Problem Details:
  
  An actual Windows tablet device is needed for to reproduce
  reported issue.
  
  Expected behaviour:
  
  The files with different naming conventions should be accepted
  by  anywhere while uploading as attachment.
  
  Actual behaviour:
  
  HTTP 404 error uploading file attachments with different naming
  conventions
  
  
  Steps to replicate:
  
  1. Login to Anywhere Work Execution application on Windows
  device
  2. Go to existing WO or create a new one.
  3. Add Attachment
  4. Select file with name "System Full Info.jpg" - it works as
  expected
  5. Add another attachment
  6. Select File name with name "test Check logs test.jpg"    it
  now fails with error:

Problem conclusion

• We weren't checking for a maximum attachment file name length,
  now we enforce that system property which existed called
  si.attach.filenamelimit
