Problem conclusion

• The automation adapter, TEC publisher and JDBC publisher have
  been enhanced to check for the JRE. They will report the
  following message on the console and into the syslog, if the JRE
  is not found, or not executable:
   # samadapter start
   2621-329 IBM.RecoveryRM publisher configuration error. Java
   executable "/opt/IBM/tsamp/sam/java/jre/bin/java" not found or
   not accessible by user "root" for the publisher name "EEZ".
   Error: Failed to enable publisher. samadapter not started.
