IV78497: STANDARD COST IN CREW TYPE APPLICATION IS NOT GETTING CALCULATED AS DESIGNED

Error description

• Standard Cost in Crew type application is not getting calculated
  as designed,it is taking the average cost
  
  
  Replicated in Maximo 7508 with Utilities/Maximo 760 Utilities
  installed. When you saved a Crew Type that has two Required
  Craft, the Hourle Rate will display the average rate.
  When the second required craft is deleted, the Hourl Rate will
  display half of the rate of the first Required Craft.

  Steps to replicate:
  
  
  01) Log into Maximo
  02) Go To Administration > Resources > Crew Types
  03) Click the New Crew Type button to create a new Crew Type and
  fill in the Crew Type name = Test_CT
  04) On the Required Crafts sub-tab, click new row and fill in
  the required fields > Position = Driver , Craft = Test1
  05) Save the record. You will see the hourly rate for the first
  craft as expected.
  06) Add one more craft > Position = Leader, Craft = Test2
  07) Save the record. Now the hourly rate will display the
  average hourly rates of the two crafts.
  08) Delete the second craft that you added and save the record.
  The hourly rate will display half of the hourly rate of the
  first craft.
  Expected results : Step #8 this should show the remaining crafts
  hourly rate
  09) Click again the save button, the record will now display the
  correct hourly rate for the remaining craft.
  
  Note: the behaviour is different when only Base MAM installed.
  Crew Type App when you follow the same above steps the  hourly
  rate is a sum of the crafts added hourly rates not an average,
  and when you deltee craft from crew type, the hourly rate is the
  remaining crafts hourly rate,
  
  AMCrewType/updateStandardRate needs to be fixed: when craft is
  deleted - craft count still considers it calculating an average
